What we do
We introduce you to independent roofing contractors. We are not a roofing contractor, we do not carry out roofing work, and we do not employ or supervise the firms we introduce.
Your contract is with the roofer
Any quote, contract, guarantee, workmanship and payment arrangement is between you and the roofing firm you choose. We are not a party to it and we do not act as your agent or theirs.
We check firms before introducing them, but a check is not a warranty of the work. You should satisfy yourself about any firm before you engage it, including seeing its insurance and a written quote.
Guide prices
Prices published on this site are researched guide ranges intended to help you assess quotes. They are not offers, they are not quotations, and no roofing firm is bound by them. Actual prices depend on your roof.
Information on this site
We take care with the local and technical information published here and cite our sources. It is general guidance, not professional advice about your specific building, and it does not replace a survey by a competent roofer or, for a listed building, advice from the local planning authority.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any roofing firm you engage.
