What we collect, who gets it, and how to make us delete it.

What we collect
When you submit the quote form we collect your name, phone number, postcode, the type of work you need, your timescale and, if you provide it, your email address. We also record which page the enquiry came from.
Why we collect it
To pass your enquiry to roofing firms that cover your postcode so that they can contact you with a quote. That is the purpose you provide it for, and we rely on your consent.
Who we share it with
Up to three vetted roofing contractors that cover your postcode and carry out the type of work you have asked about. They act as independent data controllers once they receive your enquiry and have their own privacy obligations.
We also use ordinary service providers such as website hosting and our customer relationship system. We do not sell your details to unrelated companies, and we do not pass them to double glazing, solar, insurance or finance businesses.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months so we can deal with any query or complaint about a job, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Email quotes@roofersinpeterborough.co.uk and we will action it within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
